  •  *55 hours ayurveda training with certificate
  •  *10 Hatha yoga lessons with Preetha

Ayurveda Training Courses India Kerala:

Abhiangam: the traditional Kerala massage also known as Uzhichil where medicated oil is used to massage the body with specific implications to the 107 vital points (marmas) of the body. It helps to give better circulation, muscular tone, mental tranquility and better health maintenance.

Shirodhara: it is a unique treatment where specific medicated oils are used to bathe the head in a continuous stream for a definite period. It is an effective therapy for mental relaxation. Relieves insomnia, stress, depression, decreased mental ability etc.

Navarakizhi: it is a whole body massage using medicated milk porridge made in to a bundle. It is an immune enhancing rejuvenation therapy. It is useful in muscular wasting, arthritis, general weakness, paralysis etc.

Elakizhi: it is an innovative classical massage with medicated leaves and is used to tackle join pains, muscle cramps, stress, arthritis etc.

Nasyam: it is one of the important treatments in Ayurveda in which medicated herbal preparations, decoctions, oils and ghee are applied through  the nose. This is a highly effective treatment for sinusitis, headache, migraine and chronic cold. At first, the medicine is poured into the nostrils.

Pizhichil: it is a relaxing, soothing and rejuvenating treatment with medicated warm oil used in continuous stream for a definite period for the whole body (excluding head and neck) It is very effective in arthritis, ageing, general weakness, paralysis etc. ‘Pizhichil’ and ‘Sarvangadhara’ are technically the same.

You will have also the opportunity to learn about tribal communities, to walk in the forest and thought spice plantations, observe the life of wild animals and to taste authentic Indian food …the best Kerala has to offer!

Vision: to observe wild animals: elephants, tigers, sambar, spotted deer, indian bison, rare birds, butterflies and plants.

Smell: breathe air scented with vanilla and cardamom, smell the wild roses and orchids, be delighted by the scent of spices and Ayurvedic herbs.

Touch: touch the rough skin of the elephant, embrace trees and allow your skin and tissue to be soothed by Ayurvedic massage.

Taste: journey across India from north to south by delighting in its cuisines, delicious dishes prepared with organic ingredients. When you sit down with an Indian dish is not only the taste but all five senses that are engaged!
