Ayurveda is the art of living everyday life in harmony with the laws of nature: It has therapeutic forms that rely on diet, medicinal plants, lifestyle and yoga. Ayurveda is one of the most ancient spiritual heritages of mankind that encompasses a large amount of secret knowledge and wisdom.

Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most precious legacy of this. It is the need of today’s and tomorrow’s culture.”

The Kalaripayat is perhaps the oldest martial art, from which all other Asiatic fighting methods stem. The most elevated form of martial art is called Marma Adi from which originated the Marma therapy (Marma Chikitsa). The marmas are crucial energy centres in all yoga practices; physical postures (asana) to deep meditation.

Vedic Astrology or Jyotish is the light of consciousness. The word “Jyotish” means light, and knowledge allows us to really see ourselves, shedding light on the relationship between consciousness and matter and understand the subtle balance between free will and predestination. The intent is not only to bring happiness and harmony to the most superficial of mental activity, but to operate the deeper levels of mind reaffirming our will and aspiration.

The Vastu Vidya is one of the most precious treasures of ancient Indian wisdom. Vastu Vidya means Knowledge. According to the Vastu, our homes and our places of work are influenced by the same forces that govern the world around us, the movement of the planets, gravity and solar energy. Through the knowledge of this ancient art we might reach a new conception of the home or place of work, which enriches our mind, body and spirit.
