WHO IS THE EXPERIENCE FOR
Anyone! No prior experience in yoga, meditation, or hiking is necessary. We pay attention to each guest’s personal needs in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment suitable for guests of all ages. Outdoor activity is a major component of the experience, putting you in touch with nature.

Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit,backpack, camera, comfortable walking shoes and a sweater.

ACTIVITIES COST
The contribution to participate in the activities of this holiday was set at € 490.00 per person for accompanying in enchanted places, Hatha Yoga practices, Mindful Breathing and guided meditations, creative workshop, 3 dinners and 1 Aperitif dinner.

Example of total cost for 7 nights in B&b double room with coursal acitivies ( included 4 dinner, 1 apertif, tour, yoga and meditation) per person 757 euro. For 2 persons 1515 euro.

Fly in to / out of Cagliari Elmas Airport.
From the airport you can catch direct trains to Oristano. Trains arrive and depart every hour and the journey time is about 60 minutes.
We’ll collect your flight details so we can set up shared rides. If you arrive outside of our arrival window or are coming from another place, we can still help you arrange transportation.
Arrival Time Range: Midday to 6 pm
Transfers can be arranged for an additional cost.
