Vedaguru Centre Italian Cooking and Yoga Retreat in Italy Program

At the Italian cooking class, together we will make a wide range of Mediterranean appetizers and typical Puglian dishes including stuffed meatballs, rolls, tomatoes in olive oil, bruschetta, pancakes with sauces and plenty of others. On this Italian cookery course you will prepare different types of fresh pasta like Cavatelli and Orecchiette in the authentic way with typical sauces. You will learn how to make barese pizza and focaccia with different stone ground flour.

All participants of the Italian cooking classes will receive a cookbook including recipes of all the dishes made during their stay, an exclusive apron and a certificate on completion of the Italian cooking course. Vedaguru Centre has chosen dishes that can easily be made at home, using ingredients that you can find in the market wherever you live.

You will experience Italian cooking lessons from Monday to Friday.  At the start of each day from Sunday to Friday you will have daily morning Hatha yoga lessons before breakfast.

Day 1

  • Second dishes like filled melanzane, vegetables cake
  • Visit to an olive mill and visit artisan dairy
