Panchakarma is a set of five therapeutic treatments administered to the patient for the complete detoxification of the body. Even for healthy people, it is advisable to undergo this treatment at least once every five years to rid the body of all chemical impurities and toxins that have accumulated over the years.
The program includes:
• Daily consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor to monitor your health and improvements
• Two therapy sessions every day (morning and afternoon) • Herbal dressing
• Ayurvedic diet (which will be decided by the doctor after the consultation) • Basic yoga and meditation sessions (1 session per day – optional)
ONE OR TWO WEEKS PROGRAM That include:
• 7 or 14 nights Accommodation in a single room with private bathroom
• All Ayurvedic treatments and preparations prescribed by our doctor
• Daily consultations and check-ups with the doctor
• Consultation and Ayurvedic food guide to follow at home according to the constitution of the body
Simple directions will be provided on nutrition to follow in the days before arrival
1st day: Arrival at the Countryhouse and dinner
From 2nd to 6th day it is possible to practice Yoga in the morning (minimum 2 people)
Every day at least 2h30 minutes of Ayurvedic treatments

Ayurvedic treatments will be decided based on the type of person and any dosha imbalances: Abhiangam (traditional Ayurvedic massage), Bolus bag (stuffed bags), Shirodhara (oil on the forehead continuously), Udwartanam (detoxifying powder) ,Sauna,Extensive (localized treatments),Shiroabhiangam (head massage ), mukhabhiangam (face massage), Nasyam (Kapha treatment) etc…
Herbal teas to drink throughout the day available, we recommend absolute rest or short walks without exposing yourself excessively to heat, cold, wind, etc.
